As far as the implementation of specialist training courses is concerned, the Company relies on the rich experience of the General Director Dariusz Jankiewicz, as well as the numerous contacts he has acquired.
Dariusz Jankiewicz was a member School Brothers' Associationswhere for four years he gained knowledge of scholastics and pedagogy. This allowed him to gain a catechetical education, thanks to which he could improve his knowledge transfer skills.
The combination of many years of scholastic and IT experience has allowed him to develop in the field of training. Dariusz Jankiewicz specialized in training of employees as well as business partners from his own system of Group Work Platform (PPG) and also work in the cloud (next cloud). Moreover, he was involved in the training of employees of Local Government Units in the use of OpenOffice PL system. These trainings were carried out all over Poland, in total about 500 people were trained.
Additionally, in his career Dariusz Jankiewicz gained proper qualifications and trained his employees in occupational health and safety.
Currently, Dariusz Jankiewicz is the General Manager in Max-Biz and it was on his initiative that the training department in our company was established.
The company focuses on continuous development and high quality of offered services. Therefore, for the training it will be offering through BUR, it is trying to acquire highly qualified staff.
Thus, thanks to the cooperation with the Technical University of Lodz in 2017, which resulted in obtaining a positive opinion on the innovativeness of the MKS Max-Biz product, the company established contact with Prof. Jerzy Lewandowski - author of the above opinion. Professor Lewandowski has extensive experience in the field of trainings for business and currently cooperates with us on the programme of offered specialist trainings.
In addition, our training staff is complemented by a qualified team consisting of lecturers, teachers, trainers and scientific project implementers, including a doctoral student of the Warsaw University of Technology, Jakub Tomczak, who specializes in issues related to the cooperation between the worlds of science and business, conducts classes at the Warsaw University of Technology in the following subjects: business process modeling, IT management systems, information technologies, Management visions (English language studies).
Thanks to our experience and the group presented above, we are ready to carry out trainings on SCRUM, RODO, Modern Sales Techniques, Social Media in Business, Java and Android.
The trainings will take place in Warsaw at the Warsaw University of Technology and in Lublin at 3 Frezerów Street.
